A Senior Client Decision Manager for Decision Lens, Jonathan Allen currently provides facilitation and training to commercial, government, and non-profit clients on effective decision-making. With focused experience on decision-making processes and conducting effective meetings, Jonathan loves to be in front of a diverse group of stakeholders wrestling with a difficult decision. On any given day, he might be found training government employees on how to use an effective decision-making methodology, facilitating executives of a pharmaceutical company through a complex prioritization of R&D programs, or advising a non-profit board on the performance management competencies for their staff.

Prior to joining Decision Lens, Jonathan was a Senior Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, LLP. He worked with a wide variety of clients in the areas of strategic planning, performance measurement, customer strategy development, portfolio prioritization, policy development, and regulatory compliance. While at Deloitte, Jonathan also became an experienced facilitator and led teams in facilitating both client and internal meetings.A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, Jonathan holds a JD and Master of Public Administration from the Syracuse University College of Law and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs (2007).

Michael Castrilli, a Senior Client Decision Manager, provides collaborative decision making support and training to a diverse portfolio of government and commercial customers.  Michael assists clients on a variety of key business decisions including budget allocation, capital planning, project prioritization, human resources management, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Decision Lens, Michael worked at the Corporate Executive Board as an executive presenter of supply chain management research.  Previously, he also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton where he guided information technology capital planning implementation and project management training at Federal agencies. Before moving to the private sector, Michael worked as a senior budget analyst for the District of Columbia and was a Presidential Management Fellow at the United States Department of Justice.

Originally from Syracuse, New York, Michael has lived in Washington, D.C. for over twelve years.  Michael holds an MPA from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, an M.Div from the Washington Theological Union, and a BA in education from the State University of New York at Albany.
